Due to the nature of the coronavirus, it is impossible to make guarantees about stopping transmission. But through industry-tested cleaning procedures, we can dramatically slow transmission, to the point of making the surfaces in your workplace virtually contaminant free.

COVID Cleaning Services & Disinfection FAQs

Why Pristine Janitorial? We estimate cleaning & disinfection costs by the total site square footage, facility layout and cleaning specifications.
All of our team members will receive written cleaning specifications, catered to your facility. The following is a general checklist that we use for most of our decontamination jobs: * Don and doff personal protective equipment (PPE) * Clean surfaces before disinfecting with an EPA approved disinfectant * Electrostatic spray all surfaces with our Clorox Total 360 sprayer * Use microfiber cloths to clean high touch areas with an EPA approved disinfectant * Leave the disinfectant on surfaces for the required dwell time so the product is most effective * Clean up any discarded materials and single-use PPE, sealing our soiled materials for proper disposal
After our disinfection services, it is best to remain out of the property for at least 60 minutes after disinfectant is applied. If this is not possible, it is a good idea to cross-vent the premises by opening windows and doors and allow for fresh air exchange using fans and air movers.
This will depend on the scope of work and square footage of your facility. Typically, we complete a cleaning and disinfection within several hours. For example, at a large distribution center with vertical pods and storage racks will take longer than a basic open warehouse with workstations. Additionally, a space with many small offices and rooms takes longer than a site with an open plan layout.
